By accessing and using sucres.gr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website.
SUCRÉs by Natasa Cakes provides handcrafted pastry products for both wholesale (B2B) and personal (B2C) orders. All products are made to order unless otherwise specified.
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Quotes are valid for 7 days. Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Final pricing is confirmed upon order acceptance.
Delivery times: Attica — next business day; Rest of Greece — 2-3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure.
Custom orders can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the agreed delivery date for a full refund of deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a 50% fee. Non-custom items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery if quality standards are not met.

We are not liable for any allergic reactions if allergen information was not disclosed at the time of ordering. Please inform us of any food allergies when placing your order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens.
